Refund Policy

At Fighter Bulls, we are committed to providing high-quality trading education and mentorship services. Since our courses include digital content, live training sessions, recorded materials, and mentorship access, we maintain the following refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course or service.
1. Refund Eligibility
Students may request a refund only within the first 4 conducted classes from the date of enrollment. Refund requests submitted after the completion or conduct of 4 classes will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.
2. Conducted Classes Policy
Refund eligibility is based on the number of classes conducted by the Fighter Bulls team, not on student attendance. This means if 4 classes have already been conducted, refunds will not be applicable even if:
- The student did not attend
- The student missed classes
- The student remained inactive
- The student failed to access recordings or groups
Non-attendance does not extend or modify the refund period.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After 4 classes have been conducted
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Lack of trading results or profits
- Failure to understand concepts
- Inability to attend classes
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Market-related losses
- Violation of community or platform rules
- Account suspension due to misconduct
4. Digital Product & Service Policy
By enrolling in Fighter Bulls courses, you acknowledge that:
- Digital educational services begin immediately after access is granted
- Course materials, recordings, and mentorship resources are intellectual property
- Access to digital learning content constitutes partial service delivery
Therefore, refunds may be restricted once course access or services have been activated.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund within the eligible period:
- Contact our support team officially
- Provide your registered name, contact details, and payment information
- Explain the reason for the refund request
Approved refunds may take approximately 7–14 business days to process depending on Razorpay, Stripe, UPI or bank processing timelines.
6. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Students agree not to initiate false or fraudulent chargebacks after accessing course materials, joining mentorship groups, receiving recordings or attending classes.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Access termination
- Legal recovery procedures
- Reporting to payment processors
7. Exceptional Cases
In rare and exceptional situations, Fighter Bulls management reserves the sole right to approve, reject or partially process any refund request at its discretion. Management decisions regarding refunds shall be considered final.
